Very well then,
many people keep scorpions and tarantulas in the big city
with not much problem, yes there is a rule but everyone 'bent' them to the point
and if no one get hurt its all good
We still enjoy our hobbies

By the way they say Blattella germanica is gone from Russian kitchens.
