What species is it, Gratian?

Looking like Baculum extradentatum to me due to its two small "horn"-like cephalic spikes.

If so, it is the simplest species to keep - just periodical misting (every other day) and lots of greens and leaves like raspberry, bramble, rosa, hibiscus, oak (qercus spp, etc).

This species accepts almost every feeder plants which is available at a time.

Hello Gratian!

Do You believe it is maybe a new brand Brachypelma kahlenbergi, RUDLOFF, 2008? :D

As for stick insects, yes, they eat dry leaves if You soak em in warm water prior to feeding.

They are sexually dimorphic that You will be able to realise the sex yourself. They put eggs into substrate and after ~ 2 months or maybe a bit less nymphs will hatch out.

I can assure You it is not B. vagans but the same old B. sabulosum most of us have as "B. vagans".

Note whitish setae on legs, stripe on legs, carapace round in shape (nearely as wide as long).

How big is it?
